Mr. Muggins is a big, loving, happy 5 year old from New Zealand that we welcomed in September. Muggins was a kennel favorite in NZ and continues to be a velcro dog with his current foster family. He's a vocal boy when he gets excited and loves to play!

Some information about Mr. Muggins:

🔹 Follows his people everywhere — loves to stay close to his humans.

🔹 Shows “excitement” toward squirrels but remains polite on leash.

🔹 Has a hard time settling after "change" and is triggered by novel and new scenarios (for example, reflections in windows and mirrors)

🔹 Sleeps soundly through the night, no crate required. But does do well eating and napping in his crate

Mr. Muggins has shown himself to be quite sensitive to changes in his surroundings and environment. Given his sensitive nature, Mr. Muggins will thrive in a steady environment with established routines and gentle interactions, setting him up for a lifetime of happiness.
